We are looking Inside Sales Technical Support Manager is responsible for providing support to internal and external customers by researching and answering questions, creating proposals, troubleshooting problems, and working cross functionally with marketing and engineering to develop solutions.
The products that would be supported include circuit protection devices (Air Circuit breakers and Molded Case Circuit breakers), motor starters, and pilot devices. In this role, you will be responsible for strong business acumen, technologically savvy, and have a thorough understanding of the company’s strategic priorities to anticipate future needs for technical support organization.
