Motor Contactors and Overload Relays

NOARK motor contactors are designed to handle the most demanding motor control applications, including full voltage non-reversing (FVNR) reversing (FVR) and wye-delta reduced voltage starting. With ampere ratings from 6A through 1000A, 9ur Ex9C contactor is ideal for any application from HVAC controls, pump control panels and customized control panels for automation systems.

The Ex9C series of motor contactors consists of nine frame sizes and a complement of overload relays and accessories, allowing for maximum design flexibility and efficiency for electrical designers and engineers.

• One frame size rated current from 6~12A at 690V AC3

• Available in 3 & 4-pole
• Thermal Overload relays settings from 0.16A through 12A

Ex9C Series Contactors and Ex9R Overload Relays

• Nine frame sizes with rated current up to 1000A at 690V AC3
• Available as Full Voltage Non-reversing (FVNR) and Full Voltage Reversing (FVR) contactors.
• Coil control voltage available in AC and DC with ranges from 24-600V
• Wide range electronic coil available for 09~500 A contactors with built-in surge suppression
• Available in 3-pole
• Thermal Overload relays settings from 0.63A through 500A

Ex9C Series Contactors: Versatile Motor Control with Broad Ampacity Ratings

Ex9C series contactors are suitable for a broad range of motor control applications. With many available accessories and options, these contactors have ampacity ratings from 6A to 1000A at 600Vac and can be applied in systems up to 600Vac. A range of overload relays are available in a variety of frame sizes to fit respective contactors of given rated current.

Terminal Cover

Terminal covers provide protection against live terminals on the contactor. There are two types, TCV46 for Ex9C 115-185A and TCV47 for 225-500A.

Surge Suppressor Blocks

• Reduces voltage peaks in control circuit

Terminal lugs provide a reliable way to connect wires or cables to the conctactors, busbars, or circuit breakers. LTC25 for Ex9C630 and LTC26 for Ex9C800/1000

Ex9CD/CM Series Mechanical Interlock (AXEA)

A mechanical interlock physically prevents two contactors from being closed/energized at the same time.
• Rated current – 9-630A
• Installation – Horizontal Mount

Star Delta Wiring Kit (SDWK45)

Star-Delta wiring kit is used as an accessory to a contactor (or set of contactors) to simplify the wiring and connections for a Star-Delta starter; a common motor starting method for large 3-phase motors.
• Applied in Ex9C115-185 contactor

Mechanical Interlock

A mechanical interlock physically prevents two contactors from being closed/energized at the same time.

The time delay relay controls when the contactor operates, whcih adds a deliberate delay in opening or closing the circuit.
• Available as On or Off Delay.
