Motor-Circuit Protectors (MCPs)

Motor circuit protectors are circuit breakers specifically designed to protect motors from damage caused by short circuits. When coupled with a contactor and overload relay, they are a critical part of meeting electrical code requirements for motor branch circuit protection.

Noark’s MCPs are fully compliant with both UL and CSA standards and provide the convenience of a re-settable breaker, with the short circuit performance that is required in today’s industrial power systems. Backed by our industry leading 5-year warranty, the choice is simple for machine OEMs and panel builders.
