What is the difference between a switchboard and a panelboard kit?
An MxS switchboard is a complete, factory-built power distribution assembly with its own enclosure, bus, and incoming main. An MxP panelboard kit is a set of UL tested components, including connector kits, interior chassis, and accessories, that OEMs and panel builders use to assemble their own UL 67 panelboards, UL 891 switchboards, or UL 845 motor control centers.
What is the typical lead time for NOARK assemblies?
Standard configurations are typically quoted within one to two business days. Manufacturing lead time is confirmed at quotation based on ratings, enclosure, and options.
Can the assemblies be customized?
Yes. MxS switchboards support customized production, including automatic transfer systems, transfer switches, and special metering. MxP kits are modular by design so panel builders can configure chassis size, circuit spaces, and breaker mounting.
