Qualifications + Requirements

Work Experience:
- More than 5-8 years’ PQE, proven track record in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing regulatory compliance and litigation for a corporate entity. Preferably in mix of respected law-firm training and in-house counsel roles, or experience in a multinational manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-focused company.
- Knowledge of the PV industry
